Flute Street announces its first ever Call for Scores, seeking new works to expand the flute choir repertoire!

Eligibility
We are looking for new works for flute choir (6-12 players)
Duration must be between 4-12 minutes
Only 1 submission per composer will be considered
All composers are welcome to enter, regardless of nationality, gender, or race.
Priority will be given to composers who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents who identify as emerging.
Works do not need to be composed specifically for this call – existing works for flute choir are eligible.
Works that have already been performed in professional settings are eligible.

Piccolo (12 max)
Treble Flute in G (4 max)
Soprano Flute in Eb (2 max)
Concert Flute (12 max)
Alto Flute in G (12 max)
Bass Flute (9 max)
Contr’alto Flute in G (1 max)
Contrabass Flute (2 max)
Double Contrabass Flute (1 max)
Doublings are possible
Submission Requirements
Please submit the following:
PDF of the Score and Parts
An MP3 recording of the work (MIDI renditions are acceptable)
All works submitted will be considered for inclusion on future Flute Street concerts.
Multiple composers could be selected for this call for scores.
