Special treats include Gustav Holst’s wonderful Christmas Day medley, Valerie Coleman’s witty setting of Jingle Bells and world premieres of Nancy Nourse’s Candy Cane Suite and Claude Champagne’s iconic Danse Villageoise colourfully arranged for full flute ensemble by Jeffrey Densham. Mixed with traditional carol favourites, this concert will fill the air with musical moments of Christmas spirit.
